|Recommended: YesGood, solid place to live — I've enjoyed living at Milano. For a fairly inexpensive apartment, it's clean, it's well-built, there's plenty of storage space, for the most part you can't hear the neighbors, and the private rooms are definitely a plus. I'll be coming back next semester.

|Recommended: YesGood property, good management — Overall, the property is nice, and the only thing I would personally change about it is having another fridge freezer, since 6 girls sharing one can be a bit difficult at times. There's an ACTUAL PANTRY which is super good, as well as COUNTER SPACE The rooms are a good size, and the built in closets with shelf space are really nice. There's also plenty of under the bed storage in the form of drawers and a small cabinet, which is perfect to put shoes in. The bathrooms are nice, I've never had an issue with water running cold, and the sinks are really cool- there's a light that turns on around where the water comes out when you turn it on so that at night you don't have to turn on the overhead lights. The walls are actually pretty good at absorbing sound, and so far I haven't had any noise issues, whether overhead or next door. Parking is good, the spots are a bit narrow, but I do just fine with my minivan.

|Recommended: YesThis has been my favorite apartment complex so far. — I have moved every semester that I have been in Rexburg. This is by far my favorite complex to stay in. The layout for the apartments are very nice. The people at the desk are super helpful and kind. The clubhouse is always clean and there are tons of things to do inside. The hot tub is always clean and it's actually hot. I have really enjoyed my stay here. I cannot come back because they are already full next semester but I am hoping to come back as soon as I can and stay for a while.
