|Recommended: YesVery peaceful and calm place to live. — I really like the idea of private rooms. I have classes that include a lot of study time so it is nice that I have the ability to study at my own time and convenience. I also work long shifts where I leave early and come home late so I like that I can come and go as I please without having to wake anyone up. They are perfect in size and there is a lot of room for storage throughout the apartment. Management is always proactive with their residents, and the amenities that are included are also beneficial, the location is great and there are several friendly people.

|Recommended: YesIndependent Student — Milano Flats is perfect for a student that is trying to make it on their own, but isn't ready to be fully on their own. Rent is month to month instead of up front, there's private rooms, and it's a block further from the younger students. Milano is awesome for in between getting your own place and dorms . I love it here

|Recommended: YesThere is not a lot of space to be outside and where you can do is covered in dog poop — Its nice living here, i've lived here for 5 semesters now. Super close to campus and in a good location.
